Auswertung Umfrage Produktionsleitung t. Basel / Evaluation of production management survey t. Basel
Im Herbst haben wir eine Umfrage zu den Bedürfnissen im Bereich Produktionsleitung in der freien Szene Region Basel durchgeführt. Wir freuen uns die Ergebnisse zu präsentieren. Sie sind unter diesem Link auf unserer Website einsehbar. In der Umfrage ist ersichtlich, dass es ein grosses Bedürfnis an Produktionsleitenden in Basel gibt. 45% der Antwortenden geben an für geplante Produktionen in den nächsten 3 Jahren keine Produktionsleitung zu haben und 15%, dass ihre Produktionsleitung nur einen Teil der Produktionsaufgaben abdecken. Zudem wünschen sich 80% der Antwortenden explizit mehr Produktionsleitende in Basel.
Wir nehmen dies zum Anlass, uns mit Künstler*innen, Produzierenden, Beratungsstellen wie Kulturhub und den Kulturabteilungen der Kantone BS/BL weiter auszutauschen und Massnahmen zu treffen zur Steigerung der Attraktivität des Berufs und Planung von Workshops und Aus- und Weiterbildungsangeboten.

In the fall, we conducted a survey on the needs concerning production management in the independent scene in the Basel region. We are pleased to present the results. They can be viewed under this link on our website. The survey shows that there is a great need for production managers in Basel. 45% of respondents state that they do not have a production manager for planned productions in the next 3 years and 15% that their production manager only covers part of the production tasks. In addition, 80% of respondents explicitly want more production managers in Basel.
We are taking this as an opportunity to engage in further discussions with artists, producers, consulting initatives such as Kulturhub and the cultural departments of the cantons of Basel/Baselland and to take measures to increase the attractiveness of the profession and plan workshops, trainings and further education opportunities.
